He's only been head coach for 1 season so far. The one year he was head coach, the team went to the Stanley cup finals.

Seriously, Ducharme looks like a very efficient coach. He took what shouldn't have been a playoffs team (bad record with a negative differential) to the SCF! I didn't realize they was already fans turning on him?

Savard was not the greatest signing but I think he'll be better, if used properly.

Also, terminaison = termination

Behind not being my bad and thanks for termination didn’t know that. Not everyone is perfectly bilingual but I’m piss Ducharme is the HC since last postseason. He didn’t coached well and the reason we went far as nothing too do with him

If we had a better system this team could be way more better. They need to fix the PP as well, everyone stop staking and they are too soft

No problem, everything is a process (particularly learning a new language) so you should always look to improve. English is also very important no matter where you live

Regarding Ducharme, I don't know. I find he's not a great speaker with the medias but I don't know, he seems to have efficient hockey systems. TVA have talked a lot about players buying into his system

We'll see I guess.

The PP is clearly bad. I don't know what they are doing there but wait till Hoffman is back. He should help a lot.
