Y’all, I just can’t stop thinking about a business idea I had the other night. My buddy and I were out drinking and hanging back, and right around the time I was opening my third Coors, I instinctively reached for my phone and started scrolling through the web.

I came across a stupid-ass article about the odds of Kanye West becoming the next POTUS. When I got done, my first reaction was to laugh at the idea that someone would actually go through the trouble of calculating the odds of the man actually running for president. That’s when it hit me - they might have been onto something.

I ain’t never been good at math, but I remember thinking about what if someone could calculate the odds of when the COVID19 pandemic would finally pass? Like, go into all of the numbers and stuff and then work out some odds, and offer folks to bet on them.

Also, why stop there? With all of the travel restrictions, vaccines going around, and social distancing requirements, we could have ourselves a proper fiesta! For instance, what would be the odds on the next big pharma company to develop an anti-COVID19 pill? Stuff like that, you know.

I just can’t stop thinking about what a good opportunity this could be, and I’m curious what y’all are thinking. Does this sound like something you’d bet on? I mean, crazier things have happened, and as long as it’s all fun and games, who cares, right? Let me know whether there are any interested folks who’d love to get in on some of this action.
