If the Habs were to go after him, they could pair him with Suzuki and Caufield. That's a long-term 1st line. That line needs physicality/size but it also wouldn't hurt adding another player who can put the puck in the net just as well as he can put someone through the boards. Plus it would be good for Romanov to have another Russian on the team. He talked a lot about the language barrier last year, I kinda felt bad lol. A lot of teams will be going after Kravtsov and so if we really want him, I'd overpay. He seems like a good fit on the team.

Does he become another Gusev? PPG guy in the KHL and kinda meh in the NHL. besides I really dislike me first guys who refuse assignments. What didn't Gallant see he wanted too?

There was a guy in Montreal this past season who has size and adds the unique ability to put the puck in the net. In fact I believe he lead the Habs in scoring this past year and since he is just 29 and signed for 3 more years helps complete a long-term 1st line. I just for the life of me can't remember his name, it was something like Toffolu ot Taffolu or Taffoli. I wish I could remember, man it's been so long since the Habs had that kind of a 1st line winger. Oh right it was Toffoli! Why fix what isn't broke?

What makes you think Kravtsov is even NHL capable? Gee he has been sent to the minors by the Rangers. A massive overpay for an AHLer. The picks and Harris have more NHL potential
