Easy decline from Buffalo. Holloway for Peterka maybe, but even then I'd be very wary. I would not do it for Holloway.

Huh? You'd be wary of making a deal that sees you trade the #34 pick for the #14 pick
straight up? Not a chance Edmonton thinks about that counter offer even for a second.
draft position means nothing, look at the 2014 draft would you rather have Sam Bennet taken 4th or Braden Point taken 79th? Quoting: CD282
You're overpaying for both Stützle and Peterka IMO. IMO it all depends on needs. This year Yamamoto would most likely outperform Peterka, the Sabre fans think in two years Peterka will be better than Yamamoto.
Considering the lack of depth and If the Sabres were in a win now mode they may consider Yamamoto for Peterka,
I think the Sabres are trying to get a chance the golden ring this year, so this is a no, we do not want to make that team better this year.
Let me add, I have not watched Yamamoto, but I have watched Peterka in the prospect challenge and the preseason games this year.
He is fast, he has a hard and accurate shot, over two years of drafts, he was beyond a doubt the best player taken by Adams (Power may be better but I have not watched him play).
Buffalo was given a gift in the second round last year, IDK how he lasted that long, they made a great decision to move up.
The bottom line, I like the future of Peterka more than I like the current Yamamoto.
