Are we talking about Blackwood? I think he said he is getting vaccinated.
And I could not disagree more on "play by the rules everyone else is or sit out".
That just leads to more rules. Less freedom.
I am vaccinated. I hope everyone gets vaccinated.
But forcing people to make medical decisions is just about the worst possible option.
Whatever the outcome, I hope Devils ice a full-team for a full-season.
No Hamonic has a similar stance as MB with regard to being vaxxed. Freedom? Im waiting nearly 18 months to do what i want (freedom) but I cant bc
Of where we are with this thing. So I do my part to get it back there as quickky as possible
Hes not being forced, he can find work elsewhere. Not in Canada and on many US teams, but thats his choice.
Think of it like this, you tell your boss, im not going to work a good portion of March. He asks why, you say you dont agree with the HR policies on something. You then tell him, in May and June (our really busy time btw) theres a good chance you wont be coming in to work, because that same policy is really in effect and the other guy who does the same job can do it.
Your boss has you walked to the curb with your desk in a box!
Now add to that, you are helping to let this pandemic continue to stick around bc of whatever dumb reason you have.
Did you have any say in being inoculated for these:
Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Polio, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR); Chickenpox, Influenza?
If you go into the service u get 18 shots, without a say! It's a pretty dumb argument to not try and be as healthy, safe and unselfish as you can, but no, freedom! Cause thats been working so far!
