I say Arizona doesnt touch that contract. 6 more years at 9M a year. When he signed the contract i think he should have gotten 7 x 7. Not 9 x 8. He isn't even playing to 7m now.

Give 1st + High end prospect (like Quinn) + 2x 2nds and then maybe Arizona thinks about taking on Skinner also.

That's not enough to take on Skinner, you'd want like 3 1sts or assets equivalent to 1sts, also Buffalo needs to hit the floor

Let's be clear, Buffalo is only $4,000,000 over the cap floor, if Jack is traded then they are $6,000,000 below the floor.
If anything, Buffalo will put Jack on LTIR while taking on cap by signing players, taking them off of waivers or making trades as you suggest here.
As to your other trades, most Oiler fans do not think Koskinen will be traded even for assets much less WITH a pick.
Pittsburgh is below the cap and does not need to move Zucker.
While both Zucker and Koskinen are over paid, they do not have players to take their place if they are traded.
IMO, none of the teams will be making these trades.

Edmonton isn't trading their 1B unless they're getting an upgrade in return.

They should trade him after this season and use the money to sign a starting goalie. The contract they signed mike smith to was really bad 2 years at a decent price for a 39 year old goalie who had a ok bounce back season, plus koskinen sucks, he is awful. They need to get rid of both their goalies and signa good starter or they are not going far in the playoffs.

Um... irrespective of your poor takes on the Oilers goalies, Koskinen's contract ends after this season - he'll be a UFA. They don't need to trade him.
