may i remind you that our #1 defenseman was injured for the duration of the series, and we took you to 6 games despite having a payroll of 20 million less

He doesn't want to acknowledge key injuries or roster moves. This bandwagon Tampa fan wants to permanently live in 2020/21. Lol

You keep acting as if Tampa is the same team that won the last 2 Cups. Not everyone lives in the past like you do. Lol

Coleman, Gourde, Goodrow, Johnson, Savard. Reading comprehension isn't your strong suit. I mentioned in an earlier post Tampa is still a contender. They are however not an overwhelming favourite. Dismissing the Isles is foolish and ignorant. Who are you trying to convince? Yourself? Dude, relax. No one is going to hand Tampa another Cup. They'll have to earn it. No matter how many ways you spin it, this isn't the same Tampa team. Their depth has taken a big hit.

Only reason went to 7 cause y’all had the refs on their knees lmfao, dude who score the game tying goal for y’all in game 6 broke a dudes rib with his stick in front of the ref and got no punishment then proceeded to break another dudes nose with his stick in front of another ref without punishment lmfaoo. Y’all got carried so hard it wasn’t even funny

If you think the refs were on New York's side throughout you were watching a different series than the rest of us tears of joy

You know there’s a reason the rest of the league called them the New York saints right? Just ask Boston or Pittsburg the refs where sucking off the isles all playoffs

I watched both those series' and you must be deluded if you think they got away with more calls. The saints name was from Bruce Cassidy complaining, even though his team was the 5th most penalized team the whole year. The Islanders stayed out of the box due to their play throughout both the regular and postseason, being the second least penalized team last year, second only to Chicago. Yet when they played Tampa, almost every borderline call was a penalty for NYI while Tampa (as usual) got away with some underhanded play. But this wasn't the first series Tampa was aided by refs. Lets harken back real quick to Round 1 vs Florida, when the Lightning were gifted two games due to awful calls that weren't in Florida's favor. Without those horrid calls, the series looks much different and possibly a Florida win. But Tampa fans will ignore it, as they do with all things that hurt their worldview, such as the fact they had to go 18 million dollars over the cap and have a quarantined playoff in order to win their Stanley cups. I won't wish ill upon the team though, I will simply caution you to enjoy it while you have it, because Cap Hell is coming for Tampa in the next couple years.

Dawg I know you didn’t watch either series, tampa would get penalized for literally everything, they got a penalty for being pushed into the other teams goalie on a breakaway… twice
