Eichel goes on LTIR - This trade is to get him the surgery he wants and to have him for 2022-2023.

It is less than the original ask by bufallo but it is clear that Eichel will miss the year.

Yea i am a big fan of tuch. He is massive! He can either be kept or flipped.

Considering Tuch is out for half this year also, Vegas making this trade for next year (potentially playoffs) could make sense. As long as they agree with the surgery eichel wants to get.

Sabres are going to need to get creative. I doubt they will even get Krebs. Maybe Tuch and Brisson and a 1st. Not what they wanted, but they could flip Tuch to get more picks and prospects they originally wanted.

The Original trade is fair anything short of getting a top center prospect and a legitimate NHL player with a late 1st isn’t worth it.
