If PITTS doesn;t have a great post season run:

    1. Why do you bring back the same old guys?
    2. Do Malkin, Letang, Rust, ZAR all come back at those pretty low offers?
    3. Why does Jeff Carter come back for 750k?
    4. Triocheck will get much better offers on other clubs, many of which aren;t seeing diminshing returns.
    5. Goaltending? Just pray

    1. cuz they will retire as penguins. they were a dynasty geno Sid and tanger have to play until the very end together and they are still elite.

    2. geno is the only question mark, but I have 1.5m space so I can just give him 7.5m which is probably enough. he wants to stay in pit and win so a pay cut of 2m seems reasonable. (rumours saying he'll have a significant paycut). Letang is getting a small pay cut from 7 to 5 and he'd still be the most payed Dmen. Rust accepts imo he love it here and it is still a 27.5m contract. I think I overpaid with zar... the only way he gets this offer is if he starts putting up more points.

3.One last year before retirement to try and win one more cup

    4. you are probably right but he is from Pitt and might want to try and win a cup with Sid and geno

    5. Jarry will bounce back this year and Lindberg can be a number 1 he's unreal

I am still doubtful, but all of these are very reliant on the Penguins having a great year and having a window next year, which I dont see
