will be interesting to see holl with someone who isnt muzzin, we may be able to see how much he covers his mistakes.

It's preseason but I think we all know Muzzin can play with anyone and make them look good. Having him and Brodie is awesome

Ya, I don't think it will tell us too much about Holl's play tonight. It's pretty much a pretty mixed bag of a roster tonight. The Leafs are lucky to have a top 4 of:
Rilley Brodie
Muzzin Holl
There are some pretty terrible d-cores this year.

yeah you are right, i would say the leafs have one of the better top 4 in the division.

tampa has the best then maybe Boston but other than that who else is there? maybe the panthers but i dont think so.

so far the d pairings have been
Sandin-Brodie (looked amazing)
Muzzin-Liljegren (looked Great)
Riley-Dermott (a very good idea in my opinion)

i think if lily plays good in camp the leafs trade holl, because thats actually solid

Montréal have a better top 4 than Toronto so does Tampa and Boston…The leafs top 4 isn’t that good

Dermott possibly but they just went out and made a trade to protect Holl/Kerfoot from the expansion draft. Both those guys are going nowhere.

true but you can look at it another way, yes they made the trade to protect kerfoot and holl but they needed kerfoot and holl has alot of value if you look at what nhl Dmen are getting paid then being a potential top 4 guy on the right side and under contract for 2 mill for this season and next, could fetch you a decent return for a few picks or something you could flip at the deadline.
