An experienced scoring wing? I mean, he's been down a bit the past few seasons but he has been playing on the Ducks so I'm sure that's part of it. Plus, they'd be taking on an extra year of Compher, who isn't as good as Rakell, so it's like taking another year of $3.5M in cap hit, a C-level prospect and a low 2nd which is about a 50/50 proposition at best to make it in the NHL. So, I think they'd want a bit more, maybe a better prospect.
