I know it’s preseason, but Risto has been awful in almost every games he’s played and he’s dragging down Sanheim. That 2nd pairing will be the reason why Philly misses the playoffs because you know AV is going to play Risto a lot.

The reason I was mad about signing Perry was the possibility we lose one of Katchouk, Raddysh, or BB on waivers. That's still TBD. 50 goals would ease the pain though if we do lose one of them.

Losing one of them was never a big deal IMO. A cup favorite team should ice the very best players regardless of age and experience. Perry is the better player now by a huge margin.
