cant imagine PHI would do that. Trouba at 8mil is too much, and PHI just got RD Ellis and Ristolinen. Depending on how risto plays, PHI probably resigns him for less than Trouba.
I could only think PHI would be interested after this season with retention, as I just cant see Trouba (and his performance the past 2 yrs) at 8mil.
As for Seattle, 50% retention for that many years probably offsets the deal slightly. 2.5mil is a retention thats worth a 2nd at least, but for multiple years, that really drives up the price. (That much retention is rare, but its 3 yrs worth which is unheard of, that I can think of)
Its a very good offer, but think with the long term retention Seattle would counter with a lower pick included from their side, instead of 2023 WPG 2nd, maybe SEA 3rd or 4th.
