In other news, Niku is back skating after suffering a concussion 6 days ago. Which makes me think they might have misdiagnosed it, because that seems to be way too soon for someone to return from a concussion.

Also, if Poehling doesn’t make the team, the habs should go for a forward off waivers. Since they have the roster space and cap isn’t an issue right now, might as well.

I just realized Price's mental health could be why he's been up and down for the past couple of seasons in performance

Hoffman skated today, which is good. So Paquette and Hoffman are skating, Edmundson was skating 5 days ago, but as far as I know, he isn’t skating anymore. No news whatsoever on Norlinder other than that he has an injury. Teasdale was riding a bike a week ago, so hopefully his knee injury isn’t too far from recovery. Brook and Byron are still a long way out.

Poehling hasn’t done enough to prove he deserves to be in the NHL, but he’s also better than Ylönen and Belzile. Su unless the habs make a waiver claim or Paquette returns from injury, I think he plays on Wednesday. Also I’m guessing they go with the same 6 D as they used tonight, with Niku as the 7th D.

Also, I was thinking it’s really rough for Gravel to be at training camps for 3 weeks, and not even get a contract.

Good text by Arpon telling us that we might see some weird roster moves in the coming days if MTL plans to put Price on LTIR (as well as Weber).

They might try to optimize their payroll as much as they can. Keep Guhle in the line up remains a good way to achieve that.

Amazing news. Niku is already in full practice (meaning he can take contact). Must've been a very minor concussion.
