Kase won't be on LTIR to start. He is healthy. Robertson will likely get the chance to start the season in the AHL unless he blows everyone away during camp. I would move Bunting to his slot, move Kase to Mikheyev's and then move Mikheyev down to 4th line LW. Simmonds will 100% start as well over Brooks. Would love Liljegren to get a chance over Dermott on opening night but I don't think that is likely so I would switch them too. Rielly also plays with Brodie and Muzzin with Holl.

These are what i think the lines should be, not what they will be. Also its not necessarily on opening night, its the season in general. And btw kase will play <20 games imo. Dudes always injured. I liked the signing bc it was extremely low risk but the chances of it paying off are very low.

I think Robertson will get a look in the top 6 but not to start season but if he plays really well in camp maybe but I think Bunting will be on that 2nd line. Also this is an unpopular opinion but Marner and Tavares should play together and Matthews and Nylander cuz Marner helped Taveres have a career year and they have good chemistry also gives you two elite lines. Also I think u forgot to switch Reilly and Muzzin cuz when u create the thread reilly is on the 2nd pair.

No i switched them and probably when scrolling through the team by accidently switched them back. Anyway its fixed now.
Also this team is what i think should happen. Namely if i was the coach these would be the lines. I wanted the 3dd line to be the shutdown line and dont want robertson on the 4th. This 4th line is more of an energy line with some offensive touch. Bunting was made for that type of role. Id also give matthews-marner 1 more shot before i break them up.
