~~~ This Roster would give the elderly Pens, some young Legit NHLers to mesh into Team, having a MUCH Better Roster, & a Much Better & more versatile Line-Up.
* IMO, 87 / 71 / 77 all can still be Top NHL players 'BUT' Not with 30yr old wingers around them, They Must have young Wingers around them to succeed.

OFFENSE :
~ 1A - Line : 44 ~ 87 ~ 59 ~~~~~~ Jake / Sid & the New Kid - Comtois44 is the perfect Sid winger & will be the Best net Front Forward in NHL by end of yr (Yes, I said Best).
~ 1B - Line : 67 ~ 71 ~ 42 ~~~~~~ Rakell67, Geno, Kappy as a 2nd line.... GTFOH. - Also Rakell gets back to being 25G / 55P Player
~ 3A - Line : 19 ~ 77 ~ 13 ~~~~~~ The West Side / LA Line - Kempe19, Carter, Villardi13 - *Kempe brings that rare combo of speed, skill, & Physicality & Villardi could be the best player in Deal.
~ 3B - Line : 23 ~ 53 ~ 17/43 ~~~~ McGinn23 & Blueger could be better than 53 & Tanev, Plus w/ MacEwen17 or Heinen43 depending on team playing.

~ #13/14 F : 9 / 49 / 57 ~~~~~~~~~ All 3- back-Ups E-Rod9, Simon49, Angello57, & O'Conner10 have been NHL starters = Very Deep
~ Call- Ups : 10 / 22 / 51 ~~~~~~~~~ O'Conner10 already has NHL gms & Poulin22 & Hallander51 could all be late in yr Call-Ups

DEFENSE :
~ #1 - Pairing : 8 ~ 58 ~~~~ Still one of the best Top Pairings in NHL & will be able to keep TOI down w/ 3- Good pairings
~ #2 - Pairing : 3 ~ 6 ~~~~ Marino will bounce back this yr w/ a Perfect Defensive D-man like McNabb
~ #3 - Pairing : 5 ~ 2/55/52 ~ Matheson has 2nd great yr - w/ either Demers55 on PTO / Brown2 who I always liked / or Friedman who played well for short time

~ #7/8 D-man : 56 ~~~~~~~~ Clague has been very solid in short time in NHL & think he has high upside.
~ Call-Ups : 73 / 54 ~~~~~~~ POJ & Meloche54 have already had NHL gms

GOALTENDING :
~ #1 - Goalie : #35 ~~~~~~~~ Jarry will be fine, he is still a really good Goalie thats only 26
~ #2 - Goalie : #32 ~~~~~~~~ Quick is the Perfect 1B type Goalie for Jarry w/ plenty of Playoff gms
~ #3/4 - Goalie : #33/#70 ~~~ Monty33 & Dom70 are 2 very solid #3 Goalies
