Bro, I'd delete this before you get flamed. I made almost the same offer and all the SJ fans came out of the woodwork with their flaming pitch forks.

Sorry we kind of did, we are passionate about our team. Your trade was better than this one where they take on Moore too.

do you really think youll get more for a ufa rental at the deadline? a 1st a 4th and 2 young roster players for a guy who imo is likely gone in 9 months after the way the kane business was handled within the organization? mark stone went for less...

Rasmus Ristolainen went for more this year on the last year of his deal and he isn’t even good. Not our fault Ottawa made a bad trade with Stone. And yes I do think San Jose could get a better deal where they get pieces they will actually want i.e. a center/RD high end prospect and a first. That’s where the conversation starts with Hertl according to the athletic

the 1st is literally being offered... the longer the season goes and hertls a shark or plays bad, the lower the value becomes. youre getting 2 young nhlers a 1st a 4th and a bottom pairing dman.

Why are you assuming he is going to play bad? Last year he got Covid and came back and played better. His stock can go up even more. Moore is a camp dump, DeBrusk is involved just to make money work and Frederic isn’t an NHLer.

debrusk had b2b 40 point seasons in y1 and y2 and was on pace for it again in y3... thats a solid middle 6 forward and hes still an rfa. dont act like hes a nothing lmfao. 1 bad year doesnt completely void his value.

No he’s not nothing and certainly could bouncy back, he just doesn’t fit the needs really for the sharks at the moment. It wouldn’t make sense to trade for someone you don’t need, I don’t think many teams would do that.

something you dont need? im sorry you're current middle 6 is: evander kane, hertl, barabanov, balcers, leonard, and bonino... youre subtracting hertl and probably kane. so youve got 2 holes who's filling that?
