Im guessing you're talking about me, because I usually put it at 83.5 for next year.
Reason being, I was not aware that it is all but confirmed to be 82.5. I heard rumors, but did not realize it was pretty much set.
Has nothing too due with needing the money, and all too do with not really knowing,
