The way I look at it, columbus is pretty much done with domi at this point. He's also going to be out for the first couple months of the season at least, so the pick is there incase he doesn't play/5.3m cap hit. I think Ottawa could actually use domi and possibly look at keeping him or they can flip him for picks.

Jackets get a possible younger center who needs some development and a bit of luck with his health. Plus 5.3m in cap space for acquiring someone like Hertl to play 1st line center.

I take this if I were Ottawa just to see the name on the back of the sweater.
