Reason being is Armstrong ran STL draft capturing
Huge Quality with 1st round to 4th round picks over the years
Without his players STL SC roster is 1/3rd its size and most are key players

If he can have 3 strong drafts no matter what issues ARZ has off ice
They wont be seen on ice as Armstrongs one of the top 10 draft dept experts in the league.
It was out of left field when he got the job because outside being awesome at drafting he's unproven in every regard.
That said ARZ tried everything but building via the draft so why not

I belive it was Friedman or LeBrun who said the coyotes would listen to anyone on their roster not named Chychrun at the start of this offseason. How people fell for this from Pagnotta thinking he has an inside edge on the reporting of Friedman or Lebrun...people are just desperate for rumours in the dog days of summer I guess

He annoyed me during the Landeskog contract negotiations, getting involved with them posting "updates"....none of them were accurate, people people fell for it,

He did the same thing with Bertuzzi. He just makes stuff up.

It seems like the majority of fan bases has a story about him and his shoddy rumour mongering reporting.
