The Jackets just acquired Roslovic last season and he was the best part of the Laine/Dubois swap, and Roslovic is a local guy to Columbus. They're not looking at moving him anytime soon.

Columbus declines that easily and really doesn’t even consider this. They aren’t trading their hometown hero for a meh pick, another wing and a C level prospect.

Also Columbus has centers, just none of them are top 6 guys.

Foudy is better on the wing and hasn’t played center in Columbus, Texier again is better on the wing with limited center experience, Bremstrom is a wing not a center (not sure why he’s listed as a center), Jenner and Karuly are bottom 6 centers at best and neither should be constantly above the 3rd line.

That’s not exactly true, Jenner and Karuly are NHL level centers, they are just better bottom 6 guys vs top 6 guys, but Roslovic is really the only NHL level top 6 centers they currently have on the roster.
