So the leafs are becoming sellers mid season?

Fabbri is nice, but you massively overpaid.

You also pushed a guy out of the lineup who needs a spot, Sandin.

Strome is certainly not an upgrade on Kerfoot.

Strome has considerably higher upside than kerfoot, especially down the middle. I agree that sandin deserves a spot, but I don't think a dermott-sandin pairing is going to work out very well (hopefully I'm wrong) and if that pairing is a liability, the leafs are going to have to add some d depth. Bogosian was quietly an important part of the team last year and I don't know if the leafs have enough sandpaper on the back end with him gone

Honestly your team is not bad, but I think you gave up too much for Fabbri and Strome. Strome can be had for pennies on the dollar at this point while Engvall + 1st is more than enough. Leafs' biggest need is to find an upgrade over Holl.
