I think you have Dallas, Pittsburgh, Ottawa and LA a little low. Toronto and NYI are higher than I'd have them.

Why are the Islanders too high? They’re the best team in the Metro, both on paper and in practice. Agree on everyone else except Pittsburgh though.

Winnipeg's gotta finish 1 or 2. St. Louis may give them a run but I have Winnipeg at 1/2, Colorado at 1/2 and St. Louis rounding out the 3rd spot. I don't think Minnesota is better than any of those teams.
