Never said Lindholm was going to return that, he surely could if traded with an extension. Saying he will fall between Jones and Risto without retention is fair, thats the tier of defenseman he is.

A first, a high end prospect and a second is something he could fetch without retention

2.6M is a sizeable number and will make the return better for the Ducks if he's moved.

Thats fair, I definitely dont see Lou trading for a guy like Lindholm, Doesnt make sense with Pelech locked in at LD1, especially since I see Lindholms next contract having an AAV of at least 6.5M. I think it would be too rich of a price for Lou (Which I fully understand, Lou is the GOAT GM)

Lindholm is a top pairing guy, you are looking at a 1st and Holmstrom or Wilde.
