They have to Put Crosby and MacKinnon on a line together. There best friends and Crosby is the reason MacKinnon came back after his down years in the his first couple years in the nhl.

I figured they'd resort back to the Marchand - Crosby - Bergeron line as they have always played together internationally it seems. These lines are very interchangeable though so no complaints if they were together.

I have no argument there. I agree both would be better options over Doughty...however I can just see them adding him for "experience" unfortunately.

Pretty accurate. I think Theodore and Chabot are locks, we'll see for the 3rd LD. Price is likely the starter no matter his level of play from Oct-Feb.

I wonder if they try to balance the d a bit more. Its alot of offense so maybe its a more defensive guy they bring instead if a guy like Reilly.

That could very well be the case. I've always thought Parayko would be a good fit or Ekblad as previously mentioned.
