Amirov is a decent prospect, but he is committed to the KHL this season, and still has an EAC for the year after (so if he isn't ready for the NHL, you may not be able to develop him in the AHL until his ELC expires the year after).
Kerfoot is ideally a 3C. Works for mitigating salary, but not really a significant benefit to the Sharks.
1st round pick is 2023.
So it's at least 2 years before SJ sees any benefit and Kerfoot could be gone by then, so there's not much reason to consider this package.
That's without taking the retention into consideration.
