The Commissioner just renewed my fantasy league (16 team league, 3 keepers) and I have very few picks at the top of the draft because I went for it last season. Who would be some good sleeper picks to target after the first 100 ranked players are taken?

Looking for players who produce points and especially high volume shooters since shots are a category. Goalies categories are also weighted highly but basically all the expected starters will be gone by the time I pick.
