Montreal needs to add more for the part of the Miller trade. 1st and a top prospect is what I consider to be his value

I think the trade is fair (you didn't undervalue Evans so good job).

But I wouldn't say Rathbone = Romanov... Romanov is a year younger, hits harder, defends better, and won WJC top D and runner up in his two experiences there.

I'd say the trade is probably fair value wise for MTL, but the habs are in no position to make this kind of move for Miller.... and I love Miller would really want him on the habs but MTL shouldn't offer that kind of package IMO.

For Miller I’d want a first a second plus a prospect and I’d rather not trade away Rathbone for no reason

If they don’t match for KK this would be a very good deal for them

Just going on what OP originally offered. I'd rather keep Romanov vs Rathbone and simply up the draft pick quality for the difference in value between Romanov vs Rathbone. (IMO)
