I don't watch Hughes play but in 129 games he has 97 points, which is really good. The only problem is he's a -34, which is brutal. Don't know where he ranks in league stats but this year he was a -24, worst in the north division. Not the type of d-man idea be looking for.

I don't know why they haven't had him shorten his stick? He just doesn't seem to have good puck control.

Then you weigh his reach. He's was on pace for 16 goals before his injury which is great the way he plays. I definitely think theyre working on his finishing
