Please dont take me or anything i do on here serious. Let me just quickly explain how these moves can be beneficial to the dying Sabres organization.

Eichel Trade- Two top 50 prospects with a mid 20s depth Center and a 1st round pick. This is more centered around the prospects and the pick coming back than Monahan. Although Monahan will serve as a great step in player that will also help the Pegulas sell a few more tickets. Also CAL fans how is this deal value wise to you guys?

Offer Sheets- I actually wish teams would Offer Sheet players more. it would add a whole new level of excitement to a fun Offseason for the NHL, but offer sheeting Pettersson and KK.

KK- Yes it is a slight overpayment. But its a contract that if MON wants to match theyll have to pay more than what they probably would like to. a 3 yr Offer sheet wont hurt us Salary Cap wise because Okposo, Girgensons and Colin Millers contracts will be over by the time youll need to resign Power, Rosen, JJp and KK. KK might also develop into his contract?

Pettersson- Ah yes... the big ticket item here. Pettersson offer sheeted at a 7x11 will cost 4 first round picks. However the picks from Florida and Cal cuts that down to 2 years without 1st round picks. An elite Center making 1 more million than what Eichel was being paid shouldnt deter this at all. Im not by any means saying this will happen but. If this all were to happen the 4 1st rounders will most likley be in the 12-23 range Not the 1-5 range as of the current team now would produce. This team below is no push over if healthy. Also Pettersson is another ticket seller to help fill Terrys pockets.

Jarry- Well if the Sabres were to make these moves they wouldnt get very far with the current Goalies signed lol! so i just traded for Jarry to help bolster a playoff push?
