With all the respect, Mangiapane is worth at least a middle 1st and a B+ prospect. Not an unproven player and a 6th round pick with Calgary adding a 2nd.

We ll live we ll see. As for the CGY's future, they might get a good second line if they keep Mang. That is nearly guaranteed. DeBrusk is a risky asset though. CGY is ageing and they need to start doing something to win. That does not include the sell off for risky assets.

Rangers definitely say yes. Before you can take Studnicka, Vaakanainen, or the 1st out to give to CGY.

Calgary doesn't consider it, values way off. If the rangers are out of the playoffs strome isn't a bad option but thats a bit much.

I swear y'all don't read on this website. You click on something just to throw in your two scents. If you would've read the description, you would know that these a TDL deals IF the players are preforming to standard. So if Debrusk is playing too his potential, that IS a fair trade.

DeBrusk's current peak had him get 27 goals in 18/19 and he scored 17 of those goals at 5v5 in 68 games playing primarily with Krejci and Heinen. Mangiapane had 15 goals at 5v5 (tied for 11th in the leagued) this year in 56 games playing primarily with Backlund and Lucic.

DeBrusk has also always been pretty meh defensively whereas Mangiapane has an excellent 2-way game
