Yes, Lawson Crouse provides more value than both Kerfoot and Engvall.

need the cap space. Crouse will be a playoff perform and physical which neither Kerfoot or Engvall play. Sometimes you have to take a loss to fulfill your needs.

What? I understand that Mikheyev was great in the KHL and Engvall is a real hard worker but I just don’t see them being worth Crouse AND a second. Engvall is probably worth a 6th and Mikheyev a 4/5th depending on the team. Crouse is worth more by himself IMO.

It's Kerfoot not Mikheyev

Crouse is worse offensively than either Engvall or Mikheyev. I just don't understand the love for fringe wingers on non playoff teams.

Really? What makes you think Crouse can be at all effective in the playoffs. Certainly Thornton, Foligno or Simmons didn't provide value on the ice during the playoffs.
Kerfoot was probably the Leafs 2nd best forward last playoff. But of course a 3rd/4th winger from a non playoff team is sooooo good apparently?

I am stupid. Very sorry for that. I’m just so used to the Leafs wanting to trade Engvall and Mikheyev that my brain just skimmed over it.

Thornton shouldn't have even been in the lineup after game 32 of the regular season. Foligno was injured which happens. Simmonds like a lot of the bottom 6 didn't show up. Leafs bottom 6 last season was the softest in the league. Crouse would give the physical play that helps ware down other teams d-men. Leafs bottom 6 last playoff couldn't out hit a old timers league team. What team lead the league in hits last year (habs). T.B. goes out and gets Coleman and Goodrow and win back to back cups. They were 1,2 in hits last year for the bolts. Physical play goes a long way in the playoffs.
