Brannstrom, picks, other prospects that aren't NHL ready are assets they can afford to give up

Josh Norris and Alex Formenton, not.

Trading for Eichel would be a HUGE mistake!
Norris is right now&future.

Obviously Ottawa would never do this but the price is somewhat fair. If I were to speculate, I'd say the sabres are likely looking at a package of around 6 assets including a first round pick, a blue chip prospect, a young roster player, a mid level prospect and another roster player. Add in a few conditional picks too (2nd or 3rd rounders). The sens are giving up 3 very young roster players with some elite (Norris and Brannstrom) potential here.

Will be cool to see what the Eichel trade will look like.
