Zucker is a legit top 6 winger who wasn’t put into the right situation in Pit. And I’m pretty sure he’d be ahead of nic paul on the depth chart (I’ve seen paul being the 2LW by sens fans). The term shouldn’t be a problem either for a team who isn’t in contention or even expected to make the playoffs next year

When your rebuilding like Ottawa you need young guys Zucker isnt someone I’d classify at young hes 29 will be 30 by January and by how well their younger guys are developing Jason wouldn’t get much ice time ahead of the younger guys

Paul will be our 4LW lol. Zucker isn’t better than Tkachuk, Stutzle, Batherson, or C. Brown, who will be our top six wingers. And being on the wing of Crosby or Malkin is clearly a better situation than being on the wing of like, Colin White. And Ottawa fully expects to be at least in the wildcard conversation next year as our young guns develop, they’re not going to remain prospects or rookies forever. If you take out our disastrous first month we were 3rd in the north division the rest of the way. Cleaning that up, or a longer season, may have resulted in us making the playoffs LAST year.
