Seeing if Eichel, Zibanejad, and Fox can work long term with fair values

Part 2 notes: Unfortunately, it's just not possible at this stage without drastic measures. I'm assuming with both Trouba and Kreider having full NMCs at this point, it'll be impossible to move them. Kreider's contract is back heavy and un-buyout-able, so Trouba will have to go. His buyout price isn't awful (alternating 2mil and 4mil each year). Ultimately, it would be amazing to add Trouba to the BUF trade, but again, the NMC is a tough pill to swallow. Nemeth will also have to go, though for whatever reason he also has a modified NTC, so... that'll have to be figured out. Sub Kinkaid and McKegg with comparable players at similar contracts if necessary.

Truthfully, I don't know enough about Othmann to know if he'll be ready at this stage, or if he's even a decent 3rd line type player, etc. Sub him with a similar contract if necessary as well.

A lot of buyouts expire after this year, but Laffy and Miller need contracts...
