i thing GM did great job for NJD

I'd love to see AJ step up as I'm not sure Foote is actually ready there, but if AJ strikes out, again, then I'm not even sure he's worth being in the lineup at all. I'd rather Zetterlund or someone with grit be on that 4th line....AJ just is mis-cast here, albeit that is on him for not finishing much. He gets either one more kick at the can or he is benched or traded...

Would be a ton of defensive responsibility on Kuok.
But fitting to be replaced by Mercer after a year.

We also need a winger next to McLeod on the PK

I was thinking either Boqvist or Wood (assuming Wood develops defensively this offseason)

We need to add one more piece:
A veteran right-handed center that can also play wing for 3C/3RW
Needs: Good size, strong defense, good at face-offs, can play PK and serve as net-front on PP2....

We need an early 2010's version of Travis Zajac.
I'd love Ryan Johansen if he were a few million less AAV.

Bobby Ryan might be the best option available
