Very solid deal. Gives us a some much needed breathing room to resign Hertl, Ferraro and Knyzhov next offseason regardless of whether Kane is terminated or not. I do wish he expired an RFA but oh well.

I wasn't a fan of the trade to acquire him but I do like this contract.

I was expecting 2.25 mil so this is about right. Very happy about the number and the term considering we have some very key RFA coming up next year with Knyzhov and Ferraro both getting raises. Should be an interesting tandem this season but I full expect Hill to take over as the starter.

Really good deal for the sharks. Hopefully Hill works since they have struggled to find a true starter ever since Jones fell off. I think Hill-Reimer will be a pretty solid goaltending tandem for them.
