Size and a potential 3rd line centre if needed?.....I also think he would be good for 80 points with Matthews and Marner.

Hyman wasn't good for 80 points with Marner and Matthews. Strome would be so far behind. He would be dropped to the bottom 6 and be too slow to be effective down there.

I do not like to disagree with you.....because I value your judgement alot.....but I am respectively on this issue........Strome is a big time offensive skilled player being wasted......Hyman is an over-rated hard working puck retriever.....Stome was a huge star with the Erie Otters with and without McDavid.....He would be dynamite with Marner and Matthews.

I read an article tonight....talking about Chicago having a Cap Issue .....and Strome might be cut loose.....I expect Dubas will be pouncing on him immediately as well as getting Rielly signed ASAP....i anticipate Kerfoot being moved to make all this happen......Dubas is not finished yet.

Strome has had every opportunity to make an impact and apart from one season has been disappointing. At a certain point you have to realize a player may just not have what it takes to be anything beyond a junior all star.

i am also still believer in a certain player that the Canucks have recently given up on...........Everyone deserves a second chance and we all mature and develope differently .......sometimes it is more of a timing thing .....of being in the right place at the right time........Johnny Bower is a prime example of a player making it big in the NHL not on the fast track schedule.......there are countless others examples of players that finally figured things out after taking some detours in the NHL.

If you are talking about Virtanen you're lost. Anyone accused of sexual assault is out of chances. End of debate in my eyes.
