Farrance instead of Fabbro?

I mean, BUF has a weak right side on defense -- so if Fabbro develops, you could have a very nice future top 4 with Power - Fabbro // Dahlin - Jokiharju. He's also still young, at just 23, which fits with the rebuild in BUF.

If* he develops, thats not what theyre trading there 1C for. Power - Dahlin Samuelsson - Jokiharju then what ever combination of the rest of their prospects. They need forwards

Literally every prospect you trade for in an Eichel trade is an "if*" -- at least Fabbro has shown that he can play in the NHL over the past 2 seasons. I wouldn't say he's met expectations yet, but he still has all sorts of potential to become a legit top 4 defenseman.

Krebs isnt an if, and hes a forward

No prospect is a guarantee.

Tolvanen is also a forward...

Krebs > Tolvanen, but hes a decent start. Add some more forwards prospects it could be interesting

They might get what they are asking, IF they allow Eichel his surgery and show he isn't impacted by it. Otherwise they can sit on him, allow his health to degrade and his performance to be affected, then trade him for peanuts in comparison.

How is Krebs not an if? Genuinely curious. He’s played 4 NHL games.
