Perry is very slow for an NHLer, but I’m not exaggerating when saying he has top-5 hands in the entire league. He’s second to maybe only Joe Pavelski in being the best PP net-front presence in the league. He can easily put up 40 points for the Bolts next year.
Also Tampa Bay’s 1st unit will be the best powerplay the world has ever seen. Better than any hockey team ever assembled, even on the international level:

Lets pump the breaks a little here. Dude hasnt hit double digits in goals in 5 years so lets not act like he isnt a 25 PT 4th line guy. Pavelski comparisons are ridiculous, dude was practically a ppg player this year.
