Just what my dream rest of the off season might look like, probably very unrealistic but whatever.

With the Suter signing I feel like that makes Bertuzzi a little more expendable. They Leafs pull the trigger with Nylander and Mikheyev to help save cap space. They get Bertuzzi and Stetcher with a second round pick for added value. I'm sure there could be some tweaking on the trade.
Since Nylander doesn't really fit in Detroit with his term left, he gets flipped to LA who is primed to push for a playoff spot. They send back one of their multiple top centre prospects in Turcotte and Kempe to make room for Nylander.
Lou makes cap room on his roster by sending Komarov, Hickey and Wilde with a second for a fourth round pick. Komarov will be a good fit to mix into the line up, Hickey will play down in the minors but get a call up if there are multiple injuries on the blue line. Wilde fills in on GR on the right side, he can also be called up without having to go through waivers.
Sign Hakanpaa to add a big physical presence on the back end and really try to make this team hard to play against.
Would look at moving Fabbri if they offer is good enough, Namestnikov, Kempe, Mikheyev, Gagner, Komarov, Staal, Leddy, Dekeyser, Hickey and Greiss for whatever I could get at the deadline. That would give alot of the young guys in Grand Rapids the chance to come get some NHL games in to help with the transition.
I would expect about 25 wins, but alot of close games.
