It's basically a top talent coming back or nothing for Bertuzzi. If it's prospects one of Robertson and Sandin along with another prospect and a first or so is what's needed. If it's a roster player it's going to be Reilly with an extension, or Nylander where we add a bit. I don't think there is interest in Amirov.
My trade ideas would look something like this
Robertson, Abramov and a first for Bertuzzi or
Nylander for Bertuzzi, Stetcher and a second.
Or something along those lines. Other wise it doesn't make sense to trade him, he's well liked on the team, best friends with Fabbri I hear, a fan favourite, wants to be a red wing, works hard on and off the ice. Just all around great guy to have on the team.

I don’t doubt yzerman would ask for something stupid like this. But GM’s laugh and move on. If Bertuzzi does get moved it will be for much less. But I doubt he does get moved, especially with a bad back.

Lol, clearly haven’t seen him play. Btw… Marchand is 5’9”
    180lb.

He sure is and regardless of the laughable numbers they have him listed at (most sites say like 165 by the way), the eye test tells me Hirvonen is more like 140, soaking wet. There is a MASSIVE difference between that and a grown man's 180. Your strawman arguments are weak.

LMFAO Meh prospect. Yeah both better then what Toronto has in their organization. Better then Hirvonen by a country mile.

He's healthy and will be ready to play this season. I wouldn't call one back injury a bad back.

LMFAO Raymond was playing 3rd line minutes about 12 minutes a night on a stacked Frolunda team. He'll easily be a 70 point per season winger in the NHL. Hirvonen's numbers are more trash then Raymond's.

LMFAO bad back, Got news for you slick jack Eichel has a herniated disc in his neck. and that's far more serious then Bertuzzi's bad back that's more career threatening.

I'm ashamed to admit it took me this long to figure out he was trolling, don't even bother replying - don't feed the troll.

oh so those excuses are good for Raymond but Roni playing 4th line minutes doesn’t excuse him.

I think Raymond is good. I think he was a bit overrated at the draft but he’ll be a decent top 6 player. But I don’t base that on his shl numbers.

Roni will be a **** disturbing top 9. Plenty of skill and ceiling to squeak into the top 6 on wing.

Which is exactly why he hasn’t been traded… don’t see him in this agm either.
