Once Ekholm made it through the 2021 deadline still on NSH, the rumors on him ended -- I don't expect him to be traded prior to the 2022 deadline, if at all. I think Poile wants to extend him -- especially now with Ellis gone. His value would be a 1st + B prospect + potentially another piece (depending on the prospect).
