Sean Kuraly has signed a new contract with the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Quite a lot of for an average 4th liner at best, but CBJ gets a player who wants to play there and it matters more than ever.

Good for Columbus. He’s from Dublin so the hometown factor will help.

Kuraly wasn't a good 3rd line player and will likely be best suited as a 4th liner. Tad bit high, but the market this year is overpriced.

The AAV makes sense but the term hurts.

Four years is too much for a 4th liner and you don't give more than $2M.
