I feel like Ullmark will probably make a bit more. I'd stay away from Getzlaf if he wants that much to play on the 4th line. Tatar signing good IMO. Isn't it less costly to just buy Koskinen out? But the return in any case looks correct and since they seem to want to move Kuemper it actually makes a good deal of sense.

The forward group is fantastic, but I think it would be better to spend the money used to sign forwards on defensemen instead. The defensemen are rough to look at right now.

I agree. Love the forwards but D would be relying on huge improvements from Bear and Bouchard. I felt like the forward depth needed more help and I would be hoping that our young D progress (both NHL and Bako). I'd probably try to run with this and then add a solid veteran d-man at the trade deadline.

Oh wow. Where did you see that? I'd be surprised if he gets north of 3 but probably not shocked. I'm most likely underestimating his value.

Ya I think you are right, Ullmark's deal probably starts with a 4. I love the idea of Getzlaf for leadership and solid play; I thought Perry played pretty decent during the recent playoff run. It would be cool to reunite Perry and Getzlaf. Tatar seems like a no brainer from both sides on a 1 yr deal, similar feel to the Barrie signing last year. Not sure on the Koskinen buyout penalty, do they have another chance to buy him out this year? For Arizona I thought they would be looking for a goalie after trading Kuemper, I think the trade price would be too high so went with Ullmark. Also, Arizona has a bunch of 2022 second rounders, would be funny to see them with like 6 or 7 picks in the second round next year.

I heard ulmark is asking for 6×6. Thats pretty ridiculous but a lot of teams need a goalie right now.
