Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

-Attempt to waive Johnson again, if no buyers...buy him out.
-Palat has been injury prone all his career, but the bubble split season and the 56 game short season were not the norm for him. He is due to miss 20 games this upcoming season. Adding a 1st should help someone on his MNTC be a buyer, or maybe a 3 team trade eating some of his salary for a 3rd.
-Getting Joe Thornton is a huge motivator for a 3-peat. He played for the same money in Toronto last season, and would make more money for the same salary in salary tax-free Florida. He's also a great playmaker and known as a great locker room guy, and a leader.
-Craig Anderson is definitely an upgrade from McElhinney and similar to Thornton, he played in DC for the same pay. He can play 15 games and win 10 giving Vasilevskiy a break.
-Killorn can do the same job as Palat, and I believe better for less pay.
-Cirelli and Joseph had good chemistry on a line with Killorn a couple seasons ago and the speed of Cirelli and Joseph may allow Stamkos a little room. I'd rather get rid of Stamkos, but Stamkos is not going to waive is NMC (there's always LTIR for him...)
-Putting ABB between a set-up guy like Thornton and a big body like Maroon will allow him to progress as he has scored at all levels up until now, and having a set-up guy and a big body to give him some room will help.
-Cal Foote will need to step it up this year, Luke Schenn is ok with his role the past few years, so why not 1 more.
-Nick Ritchie is a big body and can play a Goodrow role on the 3rg line
-Coleman told GM JBB he wants to stay
-Ross Colton gets a lot of playing time on the 3rd
-If ABB isn't ready, Corey Perry comes cheap, has been in the finals last 2 years, plays hard and wants to win a Cup. Colton could move back on the 4th and Perry with Coleman & Ritchie
-I know its too close to the cap, but it's 13F & 7D so Cooper can play either 11F & 7D or 12F & 6D
