That was quick, hope for them they do re-sign Suter too. Otherwise, a very interesting option in a thin C market.

Isn't one million the cutoff for buried contracts? So if they sent him down at this number I think he is completely off the books, or am I mistaken?

I don't believe he was qualified. My impression is that Suter wasn't qualified so they can avoid arbitration. Don't @ me, that's just what I read.
