not really. i bet the rangers would be fine giving up miller, since dahlin is a better LD, and they've already got a stacked right side, and they wouldn't have to give up lafreniere. all they'd have to do is give up miller, a 1st, and 2nd and a good prospect like robertson or richards. the sabres have said they're willing to give up reinhart for a 1st and a prospect, so a 1st, 2nd, richards, and miller would be great for the sabres, and a sacrifice the rangers would be willing to make atm.

Your mid range prospects are not that interesting. Your GM just gave away a good second line forward for a decent third line player and a second round pick. Buffalo doesn’t want a handful of maybes, they want to make sure they have a guaranteed core player coming back in return for guys who are core players.
