Don't hate it as a Flames fan. Contract is a tough higher than I'd like but he should be a good fit in the bottom six.

Fair deal. Didn't think Pitlick would fit great with the Kraken forward group anyways. 4th round pick seems like perfect value for him going to the flames.

Good pickup for a 4th, fair value, any higher pick woulda been terrible but adding a decent 2-way right shot depth guy for the bottom six isnt the worst decision, or depth scoring was nonexistent and we have no right shots, so if he can contribute 10-15 goals on the 3rd or 4th line and maybe get some PK time that would be great. We need to add some more scoring to the top six, but I don’t hate this deal at all, having some consistency in the bottom six will be great after a season of the leivo/simon/nordstrom/ritchie rotation where all of them were terrible

For a legitimately good bottom-sixer, this is about what to expect on a price. Fair trade.
