    That won't get you hymans rights, the only reason Hyman wants to go to Edmonton is for 8x5.1 if Edmonton can't do 8 he won't be going unless it's 7x5.5 so it will cost you a much better pick or a better RFA

    None of these teams would consider these trades, except Toronto who will probably lose Hyman for nothing.

    If the Leafs get anything for Hyman's rights, it's a win.

    EDM would be out of their minds to send anything more than a 5th to get Hyman for an extra year.

    Would you send another team anything of value to save yourself $400K on a new players contract? I would hope not.

    Leafs have no leverage, I'm sure EDM is more than willing to pay him $5.5M AAV if the Leafs are asking for anything of value.
